Microwave Apple Baker
Ingredients:
2 Apples
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons Butter
Cinnamon (to taste)
1. Wash & core the apples.
2. Place first apple in center of the Apple Baker. Fill the center of the apple with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar. Top with butter & sprinkle with cinnamon.
3. Place second apple on top of the first one and repeat step 2.
4. Place apple baker in center of microwave, cook uncovered 3 to 3 1/2 minutes on high or until tender. Let stand 5 minutes, before serving.
5. Allow the apple baker to cool approximately 10 minutes before placing in water.
